Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring that all product tags remain attached and that shoes are placed inside their original boxes without tape or labels applied directly to the box.
Ship the Package
Attach the generated return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, ensuring you obtain a proof of postage receipt for tracking purposes.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.
